Apply for a stall at a winter odyssey!

Vendors and stalls

We are looking for tasty food stalls, including cakes, crepes, churros and more for our winter event! Also a variety of homemade wares and items suitable for a family audience along with gifts and treats before the winter festivities. Last year we welcomed over 5,000 people to the park and this year we expect to welcome a larger audience.

general Information

This is an outdoor event with no indoor facilities so you need to provide your own gazebo, sufficient lighting and heating. Stalls must be self sufficient in terms of electricity as this isn’t provided. The vendor area will be positioned on concrete so please bare this in mind in regard to set up.

Set up will be open from 1pm. The event will take place from 2pm - 6pm with the parade starting at approx. 4.30pm.

vendor Prices

Small hot food vendor (including desserts) -  £80

Large hot food vendor - £100

Facepainters, cake stalls and non food vendors: - £40

Hot drinks - £60

Alcohol - £80
